Hey Ed,

I'm not sure if you remember, but you got me banned a while ago for possibly using a hacking script. The situation was cleared up over TeamSpeak, as it wasn't my fault but a weird server problem that caused me to enter the server in an EagleView kind of state and allowing me to get into spectator mode on the police side.

It happend to me again just now! So just to be sure im not getting banned, im sending you this message. I can also deliver a screenshot of me being idle in spectator mode, following the police and being able to hear everything they do.

I don't think this is supposed to happen!

Very strange, Sjeft. No, I won't ban you this time... and thanks for the report.

I have to say I have not got a Scooby-doo of a fucking clue WHY this happens. I do know that we're not alone, though - it happens on some other servers. All I can assume is that somehow the initialisation of the session fails (possibly due to lag, high ping, packet-drop, or whatever - perhaps even the server filling underneath you and taking away the slot you were intended for) - and then it dumps you into a kind of 'limbo' land.

But no, you really shouldn't fall into the Spectator mode - that's an Admin tool, built-in to Arma3! At least you can't actually do any damage, whilst in that mode though!
