Description of what happened:
Arrested his mate for firing on police, as we pack him into the car and start driving down the road and he (Crashed Lorry) begins to fire upon us. We take him down and restrain him, he then gets out them somehow and takes down me and my CSO.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No TS contact, so no.

You can see the chat logs here, and that they is a very short time between when he his restrained and when he kills my CSO, with no unrestraining in between:

I feel that it is enough, but sadly it's all I got. You can see the overlap on the photos . But if he doesn't get banned, I know I tried to do my bit to stop RDM.
