I've played on a lot of Altis Life Server since i first purchased Arma 3,I've Admin & Chief of Police on one,A Police Sgt on another,A Large Gang Leader on another & of course been apart of many different groups & styles,But ALUK is by far the best one around & here's why in my opinion-
The Staff- Are fair,regardless of Donor Status,How long you've been here or who you're affiliated with,These things are hard to come by as in my experience alot of Admins to servers won't drop perm bans,since they are so afraid of losing one person & are not thinking about the community members.Admins here come up with unique ways for people to atone for things they have done,My favorite is @Thesoldier and his Community Service,like making someone give a new player "X".
The Community-So many communities are chock full of toxic people who only seek to belittle others & see who has the biggest epeen out there,So many places I've been where if someone where to post something personal or just want talk to some people,They would get assaulted with every possible thing in the book & sum you can't believe someone would say to another person.Here on ALUK,I can make a post about how depressed i feel or a post about my life & instead of being attacked by Toxicity,I get a warm & usually encouraging response or some one offers to talk & help out if they can. No other community would have come together & purchased a PC for a man who gives up everything to take care of someone. That's something i will always remember.
All in all I've found my Altis Life home & i plan on being here as long as ALUK/RPUK exists.
