Simple Suggestion
A app where you could view your recent transactions, this would make everything so much easier as sometimes you forget who sent the money, or what amount was sent  

Pros 
would make organisation alot easier

Cons 
Cant think of any besides dev work

Regardless, I think it would be nice to see a bit of an overhaul to the banking apps, I believe a suggestion was already made in the past for seperate bank accounts etc which would incorporate this, unsure what happened with it though.

Did suggest this in my Phone 2.0 suggestion and hope it gets implemented somehow as i would love to see what/where/when i have spent money on!

A complete overhaul as @Johnathon Reedssaid would be such a nice feature to the phone along with the amazing updates we have had recently to it!

Maybe even be able to send money directly to phone numbers? Kindof how you can send money to saved paypal accounts. Makes it a lot simpler than asking for their «paypal» number every restart. If this was implemented i guess be able to search by saved contact instead of needing to type the number all the time.

Anyway the actual suggestion, in my opinion I agree that the banking app is a bit plain currently like you said however there are some points I'd like to make.

1) The banking system is fairly basic currently so there's not really much else that could be added to the app (unless you have ideas ofc).

2) Transaction logs might be possible at some point, would have to look into the best way to implement this.

3) Multiple bank accounts would require more than app changes as it brings questions such as: how to select which bank account to use when paying for stuff, how to share accounts, how to manage accounts etc which would all need to be created as none of that is possible with the current system.

Payment to Char ID not session ID would be step one in my mind. Char ID stays with us throughout our lives and is permanent. The ability to pay a standing order or recurring payment would be a good place to start.

One of the reasons for it being session IDs is so it can be slightly anonymous. It's the same reason why I made group chats have customisable names rather than doing the phone number/char id as the name.

Not much is really paid for through the bank tbf, pretty much everything is done through cash if I'm not wrong, anything that is realistically could be done through a main "personal" account, no?

If it was for a wage payment tho, surely the business would ask for national insurance number etc, in this case that would be the session ID or char ID. Depending on regularity of payment.
