Firstly, you dont need talk power, the lobby is the only room where you cannot talk. Switch to any other channel and youll be fine. And yes, it will only be muted in TS. Good luck with your new venture!

One more question. Currently I have all plugins unchecked(also "Clientquery" & "Teamspeak 3 control plugin", which were by default already checked). I think I don't need them for playing games(like Arma3 multiplayer & particularly Altis life), I guess TS will work anyway while in-game, or am I wrong?

If you are using push to talk, make sure your teamspeak is running as administrator or it won't work with Arma 3. All other settings can should be kept as default unless you are facing issues, in which case please reply to this or send me a message and I can sort something out for you.
