I left my vehicle locked somewhere in the city before I logged off, where can I expect to find it, and will it only return after restarts?

it will be somewhere else it will return to impound no matter what if you do not store it before restart if need be go to discord and ask an admin if they can locate whether your car is in garage, impound or in world still
