It shows up that they have vdmed on your screen if its someone thats doing it constantly then get there name.
Now yes this does remove the hit and run charges however it combats VDMing head on... the people who jump on just to vdm everyone just wasting there time and will end up scratching there heads and leave... nothing worse in losing all your gear to a VDM'er
There are also damage points in the main citys so crashing into buildings dont blow them up anymore.
VDM is still banable
