Is this allowed just got a 45 minute sentence..

Thought 6 was the max

You can be jailed for 15 mins max without approval from a SI, 45 mins is max with that approval.

seems kind of stupid in my opinion i have been arrested for like 20mins once for trying to kill a few cops.

If I were you I would make a pcc if you didn't feel like you were able to rp (as in If they didn't give you a chance)

Prison Sentences (Police Rule)

All Ranks Can send someone to prison for a maximum of 20 minutes.

SI+  Required to send someone to prison for 20 - 35 minutes. (Lower Ranks are able to request permission from SI+)

ACC+ Required to send someone to prison for over 35 - 45 minutes. (Lower Ranks are able to request permission from ACC+)
