Time & Date this happened: 20:02 UK Time
 
Description of what happened: 32GB picklocked and then stole my car on VIP, while he was in the car I tried to notify him it is against server rules to steal on VIP and tried to drag him out the car but he drove off. I then followed the GPS (Key chain) to my car and found him at Athira car garage, I then initiated in RP by saying I recognise his face but he did not respond, so I knocked him out and zipped tied him to take him to the police, but as I tried to escort him, he instantly disappeared.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried notifying him it's against server rules and didn't get a chance to resolve after because server restarted at 20:13.
