2 players same connection getting kicked

so my 2 friends are brothers and if they're in one server in arma they get kicked out unless they join in a special order any way to fix this?

The issue is more then Likely your Router or Connection,Your joining like that is probably causes your Ping with the server to jump sky high,therefore disconnecting you,Try logging in 1 after another with a small window in between, example P1-5 mins-P2-5mins-P3 or making sure nothing asie from Steam/Arma 3 is using bandwith by being one, I.E Netflix,Streaming,Downloading,ETC
