running in front of cars forcing the cars to go under the bridge and blow up kill those inside

no idea but i know it not allowed, meta gaming maybe?
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
  
asked them to stop, they said they when new to server so they might just hop from server to server, but if they stay...

OK i might have posted this too quick, people are saying in game that it is a bug, but i thought the two guys where intentionally doing it, delete thread if needed
