Is it possible if you can parachute down 10 kavala street and break in?

You can parachute down, but there is absolutely nothing inside of it so its kind of a waste of time.

I've been there once by accident, I just got out of my car, while parked next to it, some guy hit me with his car and I flew over the fence (and survived). there is nothing in there, the amount of stuff inside can be compared with where my brain is used to be, it's empty
