Date/Time of incident (ignore if linked to player report): 07/08/15 - time unkown during the afternoon. Left it afternoon after to upload and create thread due to continue playing after problem occurred.

What was lost: 1.572 million in cash.

Value of item/money lost ( Provide the grand total): £1572980 = £1.572 million

Quick description of what happened: Long story short the person who i was playing with was new to the game and Fuel asked me too show him the ropes etc , so i bought him lots of licences etc. When i got too the AEGIS base , i bought him a weapon and clothes and then game him 1.5 million pounds to buy him self some nice things like the rebel licence and a Hemmit Box, after sending the money , the guy did not recieve the 1.5 million but i ended loosing it

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, that you had that money or items)

Sorry to tell you guys this but the same thing happened to our group. If you transfer over 999,999 it WILL vanish. We lost 10-12mil after a bank heist due to a script that prevents money duping or something of that nature.  We have a comp request in for the very same issue.

Just telling you guys why it happened for future reference. We did put up a comp request a while ago.

I'm going to need some kind of evidence from the other players perspective, its not that I don't believe you, and the glitch can happen as seen in another compensation request I did earlier today, however before I can move forward I need something from his end.

Hi there , i have seen the guy around Altis , or TS since it happened , so its going to be very hard to get evidence from his side. Is there not any form of log you can check to see that he never recieved the 1.5 million. I have also been informed by a few people in the police that the glitch occurs when you try to put any number above £999,999, in which i had put in  more.

Maybe you can use this "  http://stats.altislife.co.uk/getplayer.php?playerid=76561198238338420  " , as your evidence as you can clearly see that he has never gone above 300k in which the money he owned, this is because i gave him an 200k when i met him to buy his licences and the i went around showing him the ropes so he doesn't turn into a rule breaker.

To summerise i have lost the 1.5 million as you could probably see in my logs and the person i helped couldnt get any evidence due to having no recording software , as well as not speaking to him since. You can also see in a screen shot i am texting an admins for help in game , in which no help was avalable. Too kinda prove  i did loose the money as all i wanted him to have was the rebel licence and a truck and a car and we lost it all.

@Thesoldier , Okay no problem that's fine , that's all the evidence i have available , as i do not speak to the guy i helped out . all what happened was i tried to help out a new player to the server so he could have fun rather than turn into a rule breaker. I haven't spoken to the guy since and have no way of getting evidence from him apart from if you could use your Admins equipment to check the logs to see i lost the money and he didn't receive any.  Hopefully Neo can see the problem  has occurred and does occur to some people and wont reject my appeal as it is quite a lot of money to loose for no good reason.

@Thesoldier - Im not saying this in a rude way , it has been almost a month up is this Thread going to be attended too or is it safe to say i wont see that £1.5 million again. Apologies if that came across rude but i have check every few days to see if any reply has happened and at the moment after all this time nothing.

 
It's ok, right now only Neo can check the logs to make sure, because his stats page unfortunately didn't show me anything because of the compensation delays.  He has been tagged and the thread has been edited for his attention, so he will eventually get to it.

I have to wonder why you're giving £1.5 mill to a new player... Thats silly, the whole reason for these prices is to force people to learn their way up....

Comp'd Hoggie, but next time I see a transaction like this, I'll call it a loss.
