£20 to play Altis Life?

I have recently seen the upcoming update for the new Tanoa Map, which is looking to be released in June I believe. I have heard talks of Altis Life looking to switch to this new map, however I believe it's going to cost £20 or $26 on Steam. So does this mean we will need to purchase this DLC to play Altis Life in the future, don't get me wrong I will happily spend £20 but maybe it's something to think about?

When we move onto TanoaLifeUK, to play on that map, you will need the DLC. 

For Altislife however, you won't as it is a base game map.

No. Altis Life will stay the same I believe. I think that there will be a Tanoa Life Server for RPUK but not for ALuk

Far as I know Altis Life is not going anywhere soon. The Tanoa life is just going to be a new server.

It has been said that we will eventually have the 3 servers on 3 different maps and you just go on whichever one you want. Will still have an Altis server as before.

The map is part of the main Arma release so I cannot see them adding a DLC that charges £20 for Altis!

I never said it was going to be removed, wasn't sure if it was going to be "updated" to the new map hence why I opened this thread

Updated ?... you've got me confused here, To be clear as can be! there is no new Altis Life!

If we do launch Tanoa Life then it will be on its own server different to the Altis Life ones, Yes you would in fact need the £20 Apex DLC for that which I believe most people here have picked up already
