No current tattoos, the ones I had I removed to see if they helped but no unfortunately 

I've tried again and screenshotted the errors. I don't have a hair fade as above but will try with another haircut and see if that's the issue. https://imgur.com/4z7G1jD EDIT: I tried with the bald hair, no eyebrows, no beard. Same errors unfortunately.

Just happened to me. Voice seemed OK as in, the normal voice chat however when trying to announce something via radio nothing happened including the 'beep'. I can't confirm if my character was 'using' the radio as in raiding his arm as I was driving.  I restarted the game and it worked fine. 

It's frustrating but I'm sure it'll be corrected when there's time available to do so
