I think the server could benefit alot from a real estate agents. Running around looking for a house is so long. The problem is alot of people have try'd to rp it out but always burn out.

It effects anyone who wants a job but can't them because someone has 3+ jobs. I generally find it owners of business getting to a point where they cba to hire new people which I get but if that applies to you then maybe its time to sell your business imo.

I disagree. There's way too much grey area there's a good few dealerships and mechanic shops that don't make alot of money. Then you have VU that make a good amount when they're doing events. Also I don't think it should just be about the money anyway its opening up opportunities for rp.

Imo nhs is the same as taxi or bin jobs in this respect.

+1 It would give more opportunity to the player base. I do think instead of a max of 3 jobs since someplaces really do struggle to hire people but the owner should be willing to put the work in to find people who want to work.

I don't think you understand what this rule would mean. What is a gang to you? How would the staff team be expected to define a gang? Your basically saying you should only be allowed one illegal character which competely limits players rp.

It would be really nice for ottos to get back to what it use to be. The place relied on imports and taxi are the only cars you can buy in the server that you can buy without rp.

But might encourage people to mine/smelt more so they can get a small amount of money for mining coal to get their level up.
