When you first load FiveM go into setting and find the setting to disable UI lag or something along them lines make sure its enabled. May fix your issue.

Wouldn't be so bad if people stuck to signs (driving thru no entries) and abit of order. Old gang was Vikings I think that used to chill at the truck depot unless was Titan before them!

There's plenty tools in the server to advertise such an event and whoever was to run an idea would need time to run such a thing id imagine yes.

Can you not run an Auction house for people in the server already? Plenty of open space and car parks to do it. I know car dealerships used to do auctions for certain cars but what's stopping someone starting there own little auction business already? Just needs time and some RP.

Fish and chip shop is a great idea but personally feel there's enough businesses already that provide plenty food. Add this onto your fuel station and what stops everyone else wanting it adding to there Fuel station.

This is exactly the same with Galaxy, we used to always try give truckers more jobs and we also tipped them if managed to catch them doing the deliveries. Personally I used to order the speakers as and when needed but now with the delivery fee it makes more sense to order things in 1 single order.

If you ticked the box in the FiveM menu to disable UI lag try reinstalling fivem. Recently i've started using NVE and at first when I unticked the UI lag box it lagged like mad like how you explain it but I messed around with my settings and now it's fine. Used google to help fiddle with things.

15 minutes it should be I think has been with Galaxy.
