This is a great idea as a job for transporting locals. However I don't see players choosing buses over the already existing taxi service as taxis are affordable, more convenient and a faster mode of transport.

I reckon a good idea could be that those managing the base jumping company have the ability to craft the parachutes. Maybe the parachutes could also have a certain amount of durability? For example: they rip after 10 jumps.
