Concussions too that would be pretty rad - Screen goes funky for 5/10 minutes unless you get some sort of medical treatment.
*Big* car crash = concussion
jumps from a medium/tall height and falls over = concussions
gets knocked out twice in a short time span = concussion

This issue will always exist.
On Arma it was the mentality of caring about your kit not your life - if I am going to die/get taken hostage I would rather just 180 and maybe get a kill or two rather than just give it up. A "similar" menality will appear on FiveM because the dynamics are similar...
Not being funnt but simply driving on train tracks would destroy most car's suspension before the train comes and hits you. Driving through tunnels to escape the police in GTAO makes sense (tis a game after all), doing it on FiveM (it is still a game!!) just takes it a little too far. Ulitmately...

In recent years, every time we had a community meeting for Arma it was due to the server dying - not exactly the thing to be celebrating.
That isn't the case for GTA, but still, it isn't worth the time it takes. People join, ideas are thrown around and then everyone moves on...
