i have already explained this in my last appeal. the rule is inplace to stop people purposely running over other players and to make gameplay better for other people. it is good to have this rule, otherwise everyone would just run people over for the sake of it.

In future I will not run them over. I will ask them to move or just take a different route.  I will be alot more friendlier to other players

I do not know what i was thinking at the time, it was a spur of the moment.  i did say i was sorry. and that i have now read the rules...  i will not do it again and i would like to play on your server and abide by the rules you have set out. 

i did not realise how serious you take the server, there where people standing in the road all in a row i ran them over a few times.  it was a bad decision on my part and i am sorry

Woops Sorry. I was banned for Vdm i fully understand why i was banned and will not do it again.
