Intro: This suggestion is not really gonna benefit me much but will benefit civs and NHS greatly. As Police we not only see what NHS are on duty but can easily see what radio channels they are on and can communicate with them on those channels with ease. This WON'T work between NHS and civs, so...

I don't think it's people respawning but more people get to them before you. It's frustrating I understand but I don't think this is the solution. A better option would that when they do notify nhs, they a notification if nhs attaches to that dispatch, atleast then they might tell their rescuer...

This wouldn't be an issue except when people finish they'll take the vehicles that are meant to be there back to their city bases. This would only be worth it with a mechanic faction vehicle transport system

I don't play crim (I'm police main) but if the hot zone as you call it can be places like the Occult camp then perhaps this needs to be tweaked. That does seem a bit unreasonable, the hot zones should make sense in RP. I recommend making suggestion, or move this post to suggestions?

Please don't bring this back. When other players are driving and desync it already causes blurry vision even when they haven't crashed due to desync crashes. This would make that worse.
