Speaking as a previous firearms senior the use of force will directly scale with that which firearms comes up against. If the use of firearms decreases by gangs routine arming will stop and only firearms will have access to them with primary weapons being locked in weapon safes. Until this...
This is kind of the point, you need to decide when you're going to carry a gun rather than having one all the time, this adds to the risk factor even if you're not planning on being in a shootout. It's there to discourage routine carry.
+1 Good suggestion would be better if limited to a small group, doesn't make sense for the public to have it as often as they do but creates a balance with the number of police carrying it.
Fortunately Darren I do actually agree with the suggestion and like the idea of being able to craft stuff in prison, I am just providing context as to why emotes were removed in prison, hope your feelings are still intact.

This is partially the entire point of removing the cross, you now need to check and it slows down the pace to make you more considerate about what you do.
I feel like the ejection from vehicles has been implemented to add a risk to driving at high speeds, adding a racing harness to counteract that would completely defeat the point of it and we would of just been better off not having it changed in the first place. The way it is means their is an...
+1 for taser cartridges, perhaps in order to ensure that it's balanced allow officers to reapply taser after initial contact if the player remains within a certain radius and has not removed taser prongs in order to prevent people getting up and running off.
Officers had already entered the building behind me before you came over to speak to me.
The only instruction to leave the building from a police officer not under duress was from PS Ffrench who when I asked him to repeat the order realised my position inside the building and that we could...
Good morning Steve,
I was 655 the firearms officer that you're reporting in this situation. Just to breakdown one of your misconceptions, having a hostage doesn't mean you win a situation. You kidnapped a police officer and immediately went to lifeinvader while actively being pursued by...
