I am having the same problem. I can't login into my desktop for RPUK. I'm logged into on my phone but the email doesn't come through and my security question I answered was correct but it didn't work. So I'm locked out on my desktop for this site, if not for my phone I'd be locked out completely.

This issue can happen sometimes. Goto your server browser and select internet. Change the filter where it says "host" put "roleplay.co.uk" and change the type to roleplaying-game. This usually fixes the problem.
