The same is applicable for the NHS application. The 'Help' section also has the same, with all URL's directing to AltisLife.co.uk, though they're all forwarded correctly so it's not an issue.

The rule itself is pretty self-explanatory albeit somewhat misleading with the phrasing. I think the usage of "forbidden" in place of "unable" would be more apt as the latter somewhat implies a mechanical restriction from carrying out that action. I digress though, it's a matter for the rule...
