@Theultimate can you please provide a full unedited video showing the whole situation like you've described it in this report starting from the very first encounter (black market). Showing us just a small snippet of the situation doesn't really help us make an accurate decision.

Report rejected due to insufficient evidence.  I would recommend getting yourself something to record your game play with for any future situation's that may occur. a lot of people use plays.tv so it might be worth looking into that.

@Stahleis Can you provide evidence in video form that is approximately about 3-5 minutes long showing the lead up to the situation then the shooting itself?  A screen shot won't quite cut it unfortunately.

After reviewing the evidence i can confirm this was indeed a case of RDM, therefore i will be issuing a ban for the breach of rule 2.2. The guy that shot you gave you literally no RP with only saying "stop and put your hands up"  before killing you. He did not even come close to giving you...

After reviewing the footage i am satisfied with my decision in banning Safari Pusha today for a multitude of rule breaks. The rules he Broke were: 2.1 - VDM - He attempted to passenger seat kill people multiple times as well as just hitting them whilst driving. 2.2 - RDM - He Rook banged...

I will have a word with the 3 lad's in question and make sure that they clearly understand the rules regarding the Greenzone's. I will also add a warning to their account's once i have spoken to each of them so if they are caught doing this again after being warned and informed about the rules...

Could you link a video from the other officers POV chasing the guy that apparently wasn't speaking, as from your video you can barley hear anything from anyone, this is to make sure that i can make a clear decision with good evidence, your video doesn't really show a lot in terms of what was...

It's pretty clear to me that this was a case of VDM and also what looks to be a combat log once you had him in restraints as he went quite, didn't try to role play with you and just disconnected. Judging by his attitude towards you whilst he was running away i think he was more than likely here...

Issue resolved moving to rejected.
