I would try to stop him and tell him that robbing inside green zone is against the rules, or try to tell him in the OOC chat. If none of these works I will, if I have a tape of him robbing me send it in to admins. ( Instead of killing the robber) -

Hello.. I got robbed inside the greenzone so i didn't think the rules would cover that, because you need to defend yourselves. Inside the greenzone you cant do criminal activities such as: stealing cars, fire your gun, rob someone or threaten someone with your firearm. -
