What needs to happen is using your vehicle as a weapon to ram people with; cause explosions or just run people over on purpose what will result in a ban. I did not have an Ifrit, Strider or Hunter so the MRAP part does not apply to me in this appeal.

I know what I have done now I broke rule 2.1 for vdm and lock picking in the green zone under rule 6.4 . I understand the rules and know what I have done now so if I am unbanned I can fix these actions and abide by the rules.
