I broke the rule "vehicle death match" this rule means using your vehicle as a weapon inside the green zone and using it ro ram other vehicles outside the green zone aswell.

The rule I broke was vehicle death match or "VDM" 

for example if i was robbing someone, i could make a backstory and actually make it interesting instead of running them over or taking the "hands up" approach. i could stretch out the role play to make it fun for me and for the other person also, again i very much regret getting myself banned...

What i mean is, i would resolve the situation by using high quality role play, i would try to do this to the best of my ability so it is within the rules, and creates more fun for both people, instead of breaking a rule and ruining the fun and getting myself banned.
