I agree with you but shouldn't the police ask the rebel to drop the weapon, and then leave when the rebel actually says "I have mates in the area"? Instead of just assuming.

I understand mate, but i've witnessed 2 Police Officers against 1 guy with illegal weapon?  If thats the case? why can't the police call for assistance?

According to the market, Unprocessed heroin sells for £2,200 however, I've tried selling this at the drug dealer and it didn't work. Is there meant to be a selling price under unprocessed heroin or not? If yes, then where do you sell it?
