Ohh i was sure the server was called blackwing before because their website now links people to your community :) If you are in an ongoing chase/fight with some robbers or police its against the rules to run into a green zone to avoid being arrested or robbed/killed. Its not allowed to kill...

I would also like to add that i never actually finished lockpicking the veichle.. so i didnt steal it or anything like that.
