Good player - unban for me

Yes, now i know all about rules in a green zone, and where they are.

I just find lockpick on floor somewhere in city. Never use this before, so i try this on a nearby car  ... I know stupid idea. I dont steal this car just break lockpick on him, but now i know to not do this again.
