Yes i have fully Understood the rules and like i said i apoligise for the VDM and in the future i will set my screen to fullscreen windowed and if i know someone is going to call me on skype i will not drive or use any vehicle. 

No sorry i explained this wrong i was in fullscreen on Arma 3 and i cant remember exactly what happened but all i can remember was that a my freind skype called me which forced me to tab out i know it was silly but i found out that i can go in fullscreen windowed which prevents these situations...
