Had the same issue, when I changed the TS IP from ts.altislife.co.uk to ts.roleplay.co.uk it worked again. If you are also still using ts.altislife.co.uk it might be worth a try- ex CMO Joel Denning

NHS Healing
It has to do with the Arma roles we have, Police can heal to 100% since they are combat medic roles which have the ability to use the medikit to heal people within Arma where else the NHS has the role of Officers which can only use First Aid Kits to heal and they only heal to 75%.
