As I wrote in the topic, my internet crashed and were not able to login again, and that went on for serveral hours. So I had no thought of getting in contact with anyone at that point.  And the day after I was banned. 

Cant say it happends often, but if there is any way you can grant me a second chance, I will for sure buy a new keyboard, or remove the sleep button.. that way it wont happen again.
