Honestly, that's all I remember, this situation happened a very long time ago so detail is something I can't provide, but I did have a lot of issues with my PC after buying it, lived with them for 3 years and got a new HDD during this recent Christmas which alleviated the issue of my PC crashing...

That's what I meant in the un-ban appeal, I was banned because when my computer crashed, it was counted as combat logging even though I was already dead.
