If I were in this situation again I would probably just continue with my truck to where I was going, if I were to stop again I'd probably try to get closer to engage in RP instead of engaging with shells...

not that it matters but I just followed my friends lead, I didn't think of re-initiating the RP which is my fault I guess. It just happened to be me who got the kill.
