Stormtroopers were initially clones of Jango Fett, but after Palpatine made the Galactic empire (In Episode III) they stopped producing more clones and started recruiting humans instead. Even in episode IV to VI most of the stormtrooper army consists of humans.

Cpt. Badass died as well in the shootout. He never respawned, but waited until a medic arrived and patched him up. He was then taken by some bounty hunter to the police, who sent him to prison. So what exactly are you reporting him for?  Ridiculous report.
