I witnessed this as well, afterwards he ran around me and called me a N***** multiple times.

Try verify your game files on steam > Right click on arma 3 > properties > local files > verify game cache . It could also be a ping issue.

I have my profile set as administrator as well but you still need to run it as administrator if you cant do that through win + R key try hitting win key then type cmd from there and right click command prompt. (win 10)
