Are you honestly saying you and the other officers would prefer us to kill you instead of restraining you in-place? I wouldn't have considered just ziptieing an officer in place a kidnap either, if I start moving you more than a couple of feet then sure at that point it's becoming a kidnap, but...

Doesn't it sync data when you abort? It even says it's sending data or something. Or did you just wait for the restart, in which case it wouldn't sync.
