upgrade cpu lol I had Amd. I was getting around 10-20fps 6 core @ 3.7ghz. I got Intel last week and now 4 core @ 3.5ghz on High I can get 30 in kavala and 40-50 anywhere else.

Do you have any evidence of him disappearing into thin air? because that was enough time for him to actually get down the stairs and across the street in 10seconds, you can see him in the window running for the stairs after he was shooting, if you didn't see chaps.
