Photoshop is the best program to use by far. If Arma 3 allows it (Not sure if it does, but previous games ive done texturing on its worked) I think you can export the default mapping to a program like 3DsMax , and texture the thing in a 3D form which is 10x eaiser when you get the hang of it. 

Thing is, if you make it so that only medics can here , what if the police who maybe shot you ask you a question, or the 'civilian' that shot you and asks a question? 

They are quite good for money making. I can get a Mk 14 with 4 magazines and a DMS scope for around 110k, and one pearl run is usually 360k
