I have also noticed this and had two hunters being annoyed at me because they thought i pardoned them off the wanted list. Perhaps this was so that other hunters didn't steal the bounty.
Fucking hell guys, its an ifrit, an OP vehicle used to bait people away from situations. Nothing else has been taken away. 2 months ago the biggest chopper you could get was an orca, and the best gun? a katiba being the only weapon you could get. You guys are extremely spoilt already with zafirs...
I think the problem with the police on that issue, is that sometimes its a cluster fuck of hostages and bank jobs so you going into a channel and being silent will not get their attention. I understand that a rebel will contact a cop later but sometimes these just pass through un-noticed
Bounty hunters are not allowed to arrest under suspicion or someone having and intent to commit a crime. Only time they can arrest is if they have the mans name and can verify that they are wanted.
They are called bounty hunters and not police for a reason.

Quick description of what happened:
As seen in a previous post by some else vehicles were being lost after blown up. i know it is now...
Also i got restrained by a bounty hunter not in uniform yesterday, fair enough i asked him to do something illegal but it is unacceptable that they can do this, its a un-whitelisted cop force pretty much!
I am glad this report happened, but i didn't like how that RP happened :( you didn't speak to him about potentially joining the rebellion or something else and have fun like everyone used to do :(
I understand that i should use the template but this isn't completely official.
I was in game and saw this in side chat:

From my understanding of various things when using a "!" in-front of a command it may try...
