Yeah I would recommend that you get 120gb+ (you can get much larger storage capacities if needed) so you can run OS, Arma 3, steam and division etc. Samsung, kingston, hyperx, sandisk and crucial have some good ssd's. The most common and probs the best is the Samsung Evo (120gb, 250gb, 500gb)...

For RAM unless you are editing and rendering you probably wont need more than 16gb and I would recommend getting 2 x 8, so you can upgrade and add more later on if needed. The question is what storage are you using at the moment, as I might be worth picking up a SSD for the OS and important...
