-1, Its roleplay and when you buy a car IRL it has to be registered if not it would ping a police ANPR camera, so unless it pings to the police and cameras as non registered then i would  -1 this suggestion.  If it would include police being notified i would +1 it

This is genuinly a fantastic suggestion and as you said would add more realism and fun to RP as you wouldnt just die!  Would enhance RP and make it feel more realistic, +1 great suggestion.
