Related to this, every time I go to the heli garage someone has parked an ATV right next to the garage guy, so when trying to restore heli's all you get is the "You do not own this vehicle".

I do. And many other wayward cars suddenly reappeared. Thank you for this. Also my Corrupted Data error seems (not 100% yet) to have vanished.. Which is odd. It only occured on this server and after the same time as this update was put on it's stopped. Win win all round.
