Once again, this won't help you. What I advise is for you not to reply anymore and make an unban appeal and wait for a response. 

It's very rare when an admin makes a mistake whilest banning someone. The best thing to do is to make an unban appeal and let the admin leads and management look at the ban. Making threads like these will not get you or anyone anywhere other than having a bad reputation

Just do what the majority of cops do and go on with a different name and they won't even notice. Also RP in an accent or something so they can't recognise you

Like John said, roleplay is very creative. Try and make scenarios which nobody has encountered before which will provide a good roleplay experience for both yourself and the people who you are roleplaying with.

'A lot of people' meaning you and a few hobos who are new to the community and don't realise how much time it takes to sort out these updates etc and how much time the dev and management team spend trying to fix things. Be more patient and grateful.
