I get this issue also and the way I sorta fixed this is by staying still for about 2 mins after joining without doing anything. This allows everything to load and makes it much less frequent to be kicked off

You could trespass the land however if you get caught, you may be punished under the Exodus Charter. The UNMC has the ability to see if a player has brought a passport so they will know if you are lying or not.

The UNMC passport can be brought at the checkpoint. It allows you to have full access to UNMC lands throughout restart for 50k. This includes the blackmarket and meth dealer etc. If you break any UNMC law, your passport may be removed from you by UNMC personnel.

Also the distance and gun information when you get killed will get metagamed a lot. Being told Mk1 927m away will help a gang to find out where somebody is very easily.
