Alrighty done as you said and what a christmas miracle it works :D Though now i am in the market for a new Anti virus and firewall protection.  if you still have issues try do what DJholychrist suggested it worked for me

I am running bullguard, I saw there were issues with it. But when i disabled it the problem was still there, Do you think it would fix it if i completely uninstalled it?
