Because you're complaining about COPS not helping you. They're in a role. In a game. They aren't server admins. So if you're dead and born again; cops can't help you without breaking RP. Your issue is that an admin didn't sweep from the sky and ban that guy on the spot for breaking server...

Post a report with evidence. Things get done. Why should it be? If you want no challenge, boot it up in a singleplayer scenario. Apart from the boats that MPU get, not really. Play it how you want to; if you don't enjoy the role you're playing, do something else.

Isn't a last warning before a perma-ban far more effective than a three day ban? Doesn't make much sense if the case is inconclusive to just give a lighter ban. The purpose of the ban is not to persecute the person, but to remove an obstacle to good RP.
