    Shooting at them or taking them down most efficiently with least risk to life. To me rubbering isn't initiation which is why id prefer it stated in the police handbook preferably. I'm sure reiss wouldn't mind me stating something which I'm unaware of?

Its not just me because ive asked multiple others before posting this. I once used to run a steady 45 frames in Kavala but now it frames are dropping as low as 15...
